In particular, it became possible to introduce various transgenes into the genome of induced pluripotent stem cells. Here we present plasmid constructions encoding different transgenes, which help to study cellular processes in health and disease.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>","link":"https:\/\/sites.icgbio.ru\/zakianlab-ipsccollection\/category\/plasmid-constructions\/","name":"Plasmid constructions","slug":"plasmid-constructions","taxonomy":"category","parent":0,"meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sites.icgbio.ru\/zakianlab-ipsccollection\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories\/47"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sites.icgbio.ru\/zakianlab-ipsccollection\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sites.icgbio.ru\/zakianlab-ipsccollection\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomies\/category"}],"wp:post_type":[{"href":"https:\/\/sites.icgbio.ru\/zakianlab-ipsccollection\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts?categories=47"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
